just a little phonecall, and my heart seemed to have sunken.
if it is meant to care, then the burden will be there. And things don't seem to have changed. God doesn't seem to be doing anything now. He seems to be looking somewhere else, and not here at this problem.
It's not my problem, but with that phonecall again, that burden seems to have fallen upon me. It is just so tempting to shun it aside and leave it alone, but something in me says no. That something told me that real genuine care is to carry the burden with that person, and not to put it aside and kick it away, as if it has nothing to do with you.
Life's just not fair isn't it? Some born normal, others abnormal. And those with abnormalities have to live with it for the rest of their lives. So I guess the next move is for those normal to reach out to those who deem themselves abnormal, and to bring them into normalcy. But it's not that simple. A divide develops, and perspectives form, and differences become obvious. Soon the abnormal ones refuse contact with the normal ones.
I have to take this to prayer, for only God knows the answers. He is the creator afterall. And we know He puts things in place for a purpose, sometimes which we truly detest.
