Today was a long day....Came home at 10.30pm. Exhausted terribly.

Road run was held in the morning. We IP students and the alumni/staff ran the first race, which was only 3.9km long. The race started at 8am. And I wasn't feeling too well to run fast. But after much psychoing of my mind during the entire stretch of endless 'hopping and jumping', I managed to get 9th position amongst the IP guys.

Went out to coro to eat lunch. Had sort of an council exco outing there. Exco meeting took 2 hours..but i found it alright. Did clean-up for SL after exco meeting.

Briefing at 4.30pm for the PTS, Parent Teacher Seminar. The first few parents came at like 5pm! The seminar only starts at 6.30pm! I was the first one to usher a parent around the school. She was one of the first few parent. It took me no effort to find out that she is an IP parent, and her daughter is Hui Jun from 05IP02. Must get to know her. I'm laggin' in knowing the IP juniors. Ahhh...how am I supposed to get to know all of them? Sounds ambitious right?

Too late to think now...its just past midnight. Going to sleep. See ya all!

*takes a step back and turns. In seconds, everything's dark and quiet*

Pardon me for not writing in entries for quite some time. Been busy lately, and I'm falling ill. Not a really good sign, but nevertheless, life has to go on. =)

Tomorrow's road run, and I'm super tired now. Had training just now in school. Terribly exhuasted. But I'll just do my best.

I want to go back to AHS for CNY. Visit my old classmates.

May be re-running for student council again. =) Good or bad, hard to say.

ZzZ, the next moment, he walks away and falls asleep. The night is silent.

It's Hari Raya today. Weather report by Wen Hao states that many parts in Singapore are overcast and might experience slight rain, however the Sun is still shining brightly through despite the strong competition by the not-so-dark clouds of the sky. It is indeed a beatiful day.

For the past week it wasn't really hectic yet. Council activities are currently at hold now. But my badminton is going at full blast due to the upcoming competition in April. I've got to train up my physical fitness real soon, because the competition is drawing too near, and I can't afford to slacken.

I have plenty of homework over this weekend and it's gonna be a killer. I'm going to have picnic with my family and some relatives later on in the afternoon and I haven't even touched my homework yet. Oh well, guess I'll have to do it real soon.

I have a wonderful dream that I hope it can happen soon, which is to get to know every single junior of IP that I have. Seems like a faraway and unrealistic goal eh? But I'll make it. =) The confidence is there.. And of course, I hope that relations between the juniors that I know of now would improve as the days go by to be the best of friends. We all have dreams... it's whether you're taking any action towards it. =)

Went to cornerstone for church service today with my ex-classmate cum badminton partner at 8.30am. We had a badminton match at 12.30pm at the Singapore Badminton Hall, so I decided to follow him to his church in the morning so as for convenience, and to spend more time with him, because we haven't met each other for almost a year.

Been in the competition mood for the past two days, so its all back to homework and mugging, and my friends in secondary schools are all at home studying till their minds go crazy. So do we blame the Ministry of Education? *thinks and smiles*

Yesterday I went to my cousin's house to celebrate his 13th birthday. He has done much better than me in PSLE, with a score of 260, and is in The Chinese High School now, and I guess he's just smarter than me. Studying isn't my favourite thing to do of course, I prefer the outdoors and activities. Staying at home and face the table covered with papers and homework is such a bore, honestly. And of course, I just love to go out for walks at night, esp. to the park. Quiet and peacefulness that will fill my mind and set me away from all the hectic thoughts of my busy lifestlye. The air feels fresher at night too.

So much for giving an impression that I'm not a homey person. =) I love my family alot, maybe because I'm the only child in the family and with the impression that my parents shower alot of love on me. *rolls eyes* But why not just conform to that thought and all will be fine...what a waste of thinking critically eh?

I still miss my dog...

The first day of 2005 where I had lessons till 4.30pm! Its simply wonderful, because I was typically rotting in class. The awkward position I have to endure while having lessons is just too uncomfortable to last for 4 hours... I pity my neck..

But during the lessons, my mind was just filled with badminton gameplay, because I have a match scheduled at 7.00pm today at the Singapore Badminton Hall, and the tormenting lessons just end so late! Being optimistic about it is the only solution then. There was this tsunami of stress engulfing me suddenly whenever I think of my competition, guess it was partially caused by the increasing workload of IP...

*smiles and takes a deep breath*

Let's forget about the competition part. I think its not worth mentioning. So i shall share some resolutions i have for this year.

First and FOREMOST, my cousin's birthday is tomorrow, and it reminded me of the previous birthday 'celebrations' i had. I'm considering have a party this year for my birthday, but I have many restrictions, like where should i hold it, how, why, and of course who I'm inviting, but most probably i'll be inviting IP people down, esp my juniors! It doesn't seem too bad an idea, considering previous years where I spent it quietly with my family at home. There weren't presents or birthday greetings, just a small cake and a birthday song. But I realli do think that it was very meaningful. Sometimes birthday celebrations need not be that extensive, just let it be simple and the true essence will be felt. However, the time spent with friends would also be as meaningful. Moreover, this year my birthday will be on a Sunday!

Secondly, I hope my ccas will have a smooth year ahead, esp council, because certain changes are going to be made and we do not know the outcome. I hope my re-elections would go on without much problems, but that's just an expectations. I'm all willing to accept failure as part of life. Hey, that's a good start to looking on the bright side of life!

I have entrusted my mistakes as the daily inspirational workshop of mine...and will always remain. Will type some stuff in here tmr. =) Ciao!

*another thick layer of dust forming a shield over my laptop* Oh my, it's been almost 8 days since i've written an entry. Orientation was brilliant! But I shall not include the details. It's tedious you know. And I'm getting lazy at this very moment..=)

And it is the second day of lessons...kinda trying my best to accustomize myself to the studious mode that everyone seems to be in now. And I have to admit I'm getting a bit laggy now, esp during today's lessons, where I was so blur and always said the wrong answer. It must have been the pe lesson's fault. Made me run 9 rounds of the track. But it is beneficial in the long run, esp when cross country is approaching..

And I learnt the techniques behind propaganda speeches few days ago. It wasn't that bad. I'll aspire for the mastery of those techniques. Hopefully it's achievable. Well, it will be...

The first day of school has arrived, just that the hour has not yet come. There's still about 6.5 hours left till assembly at the parade sqaure. I'm still left with tonnes of homework left untouched. Body's not feeling very well now, guess its due to the constant sleeping at 3am and waking at 6.30am for the past 2 weeks.

*wipes the table and walks away into the dark*

My destiny awaits me...

But I am unclear of where it leads me...

It is full of uncertainty and distrusts...

Yet there is this guiding light leading my path...

To somewhere far far away...

Where there is hope...

The footsteps of a wanderer...

We all have dreams
but these dreams just like those thick white creams
covering the cakes
that my pretty little girl makes
it forms an illusion
that cheats my conclusion
of where I'm s'posed to be...

We search for an answer...
